The Trilogy Is Complete

Remember Mexican breakfast?

Remember Italian breakfast?

Well how about a little California Cuisine? Seeing as it is my last day here, I figured that would be a good idea.

Presenting: Toasted sourdough bread with avocado, shredded lettuce, and a poached egg topped with a homemade HabaƱero Thousand Island Dressing (made from Mayonnaise, Ketchup, the HabaƱero sauce Ben got me for my Birthday, and some minced homemade pickles).




Three great breakfasts. One great summer.
